Public Notice U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS ANNOUNCES An update to the Administrative Record for Mount Owen Rifle Range - Burn Area located in Fresno County, California The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announces the availability for public review documents comprising the Administrative Record file for the Mount Owen - Burn Area, a Formerly Used Defense Site in Fresno County, California. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers encourages community members to review the documents and learn more about the site and comment, if needed, on documents in the Administrative Record. The Administrative Record file contains documents which form the basis for the selection of a remedial response action. Documents now in the Administrative Record include a determination of eligibility and investigation reports. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers added a Proposed Plan, which documents the determination that No Further Action is required for the Burn Area site. Other documents will be added to the Administrative Record file as needed.
